1st Annual Honor 5K GLOW RUN to Shine the Light on Fatherlessness! Help us raise awareness of this epidemic that is hurting our kids and their futures and help us LIGHT UP THE NIGHT! Bring your glow sticks, bracelets and necklaces and help us fight to bring honor back to the lives and homes of our children!
Proceeds will benefit The Men & Ladies of Honor and Honor Academy, international educational programs focused on improving the lives of at risk and other kids in our communities and around the world through character development!
Race Day is November 7th
RACE DAY EVENT TIMES
- 4:30 PM: Registration and Packet Pickup Opens
- 5:45 PM: Registration and Packet Pickup Closes
- 6:00 PM: 5K Race
PRICING
Now through October 15 (must register by this date to be guaranteed a shirt)
- $30 for 13 and older
- $15 for kids 12 and under
October 16 – November 6
- $35 for 13 and older
- $20 for kids 12 and under
Race Day
- $40 for 13 and older
- $25 for kids 12 and under
All participants who register by the deadline are guaranteed a Tech T-shirt and Goodie Bag. Dogs and strollers are welcome. We do ask that walkers move to the rear at the starting line.
RACE AWARDS
Medals will be given to the following:
- Fastest Overall Male & Fastest Female
- Fastest Master's Male & Fastest Master's Female (Master's is 40 and up)
- Top 3 Male and Female finishers in each of the following age brackets (excluding Fastest and Master's)
- 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65 & up
PACKET PICK UP
Packet pick up location will be at Infinite Nutrition in Rowlett at 4301 Lakeview Parkway, Suite 500. Packets can be picked up between 10 am and 8 pm on Nov 5 & 6. Please be patient as this is the first time for this sponsor to handle packet pickup. Also, be advised that we are still waiting for t-shirts to arrive. You WILL get your shirt if you registered by Oct 15 as stated above. All others will be on a first come, first served basis.
